Kindness Meditation Transcript

Breathe deeply.
Breathe gently.
Let your breath gently meet the needs of your body.
Get softer.


Allow all the tension of the day to settle.
You have done all you can.
Now, it is time to meditate.

Breathe deeply in, to the count of 4.
Breathe deeply out, to the count of 8.

Just gently counting.

Observing the quality of your breath.

Observe as you breathe in, 1… 2… 3… 4…
And out, 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8…

Again, In, 1… 2… 3… 4…
And out, 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8…


Well done.

Keep going.

You are doing so well.

You are doing so well in this meditation, you are doing so well in everything. You are willing to show up and be here, in this space.

Resting in the awareness of your breath.
In, 1… 2… 3… 4…
And out, 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8…

That is all you need to do right now.
Right now,
that is enough.

You are enough.
You are loved.
You are loving.
You are worthy.
You are worthy of love.
Your love is appreciated.
