[Chime]

Get settled into your seat. Acknowledge how you are feeling in your body now. Notice your hips and legs.

Let yourself shift now to get even more comfortable.

Settle in now. Return the breath to the body.

Gather your breath and return it again and again to the ‘now’ moment. Drop into this moment and connect to your physical essence, the energy that runs your body. 

Notice the subtle energy that thrums through your veins and nerves that keeps your cells in balance and harmony.

Notice this perfect machine of energy and flow that is your physical self. Give thanks to this body for all it can do, so very well, without notice or awareness. You are here, and that is perfect.

[Chime]

Now bring your awareness to the physical centres of your chakras, your energy centres. Your Root at the base of your spine. Your Sacral in your low belly. Your Solar Plexus in your upper belly. 

Your breath. Notice your breath in your belly. Notice your Heart, your Throat, your Third Eye in the centre of your forehead, and your Crown right at the top of your head.

[Chime]

Bring your spine upright into a position of ease and dignity. STRENGTH, EASE, FLOW. Soften into the breath. Breathe gently now.

[Chime]

Now turn your awareness to your spiritual body. The chakras of your spiritual self are sometimes right in line with your physical chakras, and sometimes they are displaced. 

Maybe in front of you, maybe upwards, like you’re hovering in space, maybe behind or to the side. Maybe your spiritual chakras aren’t even in the room, but instead are in the past or far in the future.

Just notice the displacement or alignment with gentleness and kindness. Just observe – where are you now? Where is your energy in relation to your body? 

Breathe now. Breathe into the deep core of your soul, and know it’s all okay. Everything is okay now. 

You’re through the hardest part. And now it is about to all get so much easier. So much easier indeed.

Let this become as easy as resting in gentle sunshine, as easy as a breath in and a breath out. Let it become simple and open as you gently bring yourself fully back to yourself.

Breathe into your Crown Chakra, at the top of your head. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Crown.

[Chime]

Breathe into your Third Eye Chakra, at your brow. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Third Eye.

[Chime]

Breathe into your Throat Chakra, filling your whole neck and throat. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Third Eye.

Breathe into your Heart Chakra, in the centre of your chest. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Heart.

[Chime]

Breathe into your Solar Plexus Chakra, in your upper belly. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Solar Plexus.

Breathe into your Sacral Chakra, in your lower belly. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Solar Plexus.

Breathe into your Root Chakra, at the base of your spine. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body at your Root.

[Chime]

Breathe into the soles of your feet. Allow the breath of your soul to unite your spirit and your body right down to the soles of your feet.

[Chime]

Bring your breath fully down into your legs. Let your spiritual legs and your physical legs unite with the ease of this breath. Let your soul flow all the way to the soles of your feet.

Fully inhabit all of your ten toes on each of your precious feet. HONOUR your feet. 

Let your feet anchor deeply in the Earth, feeling the solid support of the mountains surrounding you anchor you safely in your physical body. 

You are safe here. 

Let this safety radiate through your AURA, your personal energy space, your light, and sacred, and holy space. You have complete and total safety and autonomy within your AURA space.

You are safe here. 

The space around you is SAFE. Rest in these sounds of the chakra mantras as I chant them and let the whole RAINBOW of light flow over and around your AURA – holding you in its brilliance and light.
