Meditation Transcript

Perfect. OK. So just gently close your eyes and take a spacious breath into your heart.
Each exhale, set down some form of worry,or strain, or stress. Anything that’s been heavy lately. Just gently set it all on the ground around you.
If you need it back later, you can take it back, but for right now, take a breath and let go of the world.

Let go of concerns about health
Let go of concerns about money or abundance.
Let go of time
Let go of the future and the past

Just let everything come to stillness in this moment.
Now, just notice a gentle grounding. flowing through.
A beautiful rainbow lights, flowing from violet at your crown down to red, down by your feet.

Just notice that rainbow within you. and each of your chakras.
Flowing through your whole body. And shining through your aura, the energy space around your body
Allow that rainbow of light to expand around you. creating a luminous space, for you to do the work.

Allow the energy flowing in through your crown to align with your spine. Bringing your spine up straight into a position of dignity.
Just aligning fully with presence and the energy that’s here and now.
Connecting and uniting with your soulful energy.
Your mission and purpose in life
and ask The Work.

What do you need? What do you need from me so that you can support me?
What do you need from me so that you can support me?

And just notice whatever sensation comes up..
Maybe there’s a scent or an image. a texture, a colour, a frequency. Maybe it’s a word or phrase.
Perhaps it’s just a frequency that’s being downloaded that will be deciphered later. while you’re journaling

Just let the energy be transmitted from source, from the work, from your higher self and soul, from the earth

They all want the same thing:
expansion, creativity. and expression of purpose.

Rest here a moment, in the energy of fulfillment.
Now, let the energy and the messages from source, all ground. Flowing into the earth, knowing that everything can unfold in time, in little steps.
From where you are right now, what is your very next step, in the next 5 minutes?

Completely trust whatever rises to the surface.
Even if it seems counterintuitive, just be willing to go on a small adventure into trust.

When you’re ready, you can gently integrate, wiggle your fingers and toes and gently open your eyes.
