The Shine Your Light meditation is a calm, soothing 11-minute meditation that will help you to recenter and reconnect with yourself. It does this by gently guiding you to ground yourself and reconnect with Mother Earth. This meditation encourages you to flow energy into and through your body, filling up your aura bubble while adding a layer of energetic protection around you.

It will inspire you to give your worries to the light and also provides physical benefits from big sighs of relief. Connecting to your breath will automatically lower your shoulders as you take a moment to come back into yourself. In only a few minutes, Shine Your Light meditation helps you arrive in a place of peace, calm, self-compassion, courage, strength and self-love.
Energy will start to flow by setting an intention and visualizing light coming into and through your body. This meditation takes you out of your worries and negative thought patterns and reminds you to ground and energetically fill yourself up. The Shine Your Light Meditation provides a mini reset when you’re feeling it’s all just too much.
When we are feeling depleted, we sometimes need a reminder that we are light. Focusing on the light in the Shine Your Light Meditation reminds us to have love, compassion, and kindness for ourselves and encourages us to reclaim that light powerfully.
